The implementation of Smart-QA includes 2 main phases:

Phase-1: Data Collection

During this phase, the cResults professional supported SME will facilitate a workshop to collect the information required to populate the Smart-QA templates with the QA team.

Phase-2: Implementation

During this short phase, the project team will receive training and the current work in progress will be logged into Smart-QA.
